At Fet Luxury Sneakers, we aim for every step you take in our sneakers to be filled with confidence and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to make the process smooth and transparent.

Returns

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return your sneakers/product within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized sneakers/products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Process

a. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. Refund Issuance:

  • Approved Returns: If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In instances where the returned item does not meet the full eligibility criteria, only a partial refund may be granted.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Unless the product is defective or damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a return shipping label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement pair.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive sneakers that are defective or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service immediately. We will offer a direct exchange or a full refund based on your preference.
  • Regular Exchanges: At this time, we do not routinely offer exchanges for styles or sizes. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first for a refund, then place a new order for the desired sneakers.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at contact@fetluxurysneakers.com or call +234 813-123-4567 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely using its original packaging when possible and include any documentation or accessories that came with the sneakers.
  4. Confirmation and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the refund status. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Cancellation of Orders

If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make every effort to issue a cancellation before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the regular return process applies.
